Shipping

Items will be shipped complimentary via UPS or FEDEX ground shipping within 2-5 business days unless stated otherwise. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when your item has been shipped.

We are happy to offer free ground shipping and duties on orders shipped within Canada and the United States. For Worldwide orders shipping is free but the buyer is responsible for any duties upon arrival.

Some items require a signature for delivery, please keep this in mind when ordering.

Unused items in the same condition upon arrival can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order for a full refund.

Colour Variation
Every handmade area rug has a light and dark side, this is due to the technique of hand weaving. Handmade rugs are weaved at a 45 degree angle, so variations in colour appear when viewing the rug against or along its pile. This variation in colour is not due to lighting.
