The service was personalized and went above and beyond. The salespeople were incredibly knowledgeable about the industry. They gave really valuable tips about how each rug might look in your space and the difference in quality between materials and country of origin. They were very patient with us while we were making our selections and even allowed us to do an in-home trial of 3 different rugs before making our final selection!
